The 1st time I saw my wife, I noticed her physical beauty, which certainly made her attractive. But I did not know her or her heart. She was effectively a beautiful looking stranger.
As I took the time to get to know her, I began to see her heart, which was even more attractive, and we became friends.
As we grew closer, we bared our souls to each other, and over time we became soul-mates.
On the day we joined our lives together, we became one.
All these years later, we’ve grown old together, and our personal histories have become intertwined in a way that can’t be undone. She no longer needs to attract my eyes, because I am connected to her soul. Love is not blind, it has x-ray vision.
