Love with no expression has no value! Good words!
Indeed, I’ve stood at many a funeral, listening to people go on about the deceased; knowing that while they were living, no such praise had ever reached their ears. In those moments I’ve always been struck by the futility of it all. It is an unattractive aspect of human nature that we struggle to withold criticism and yet often allow our deepest and warmest feelings to lay dormant within. As the Apostle Paul says, “The only thing that counts is faith, expressing itself as love”. God bless you Aaron, I love your heart.
Amen . . . been meditating on the very same theme of late.
Wonderful thought and very true, Bryan. We so easily criticize but rarely bless with our mouth. Oh, to be human.
This is one of those areas where becoming a “partaker” of the “divine nature” would really make a noticeable difference. God bless you my friend.
